- You attended the Saturday morning gym program at Meadow School, run by a guy with white hair who was in great shape. (and some kid named "Mouse" who was the "superstar" of the program).
- You climbed the ropes and touched the ceiling in the gym.
- You participated in The Presidential Physical Fitness program and won Silver or Gold patches that you sewed on your jacket.
- You were on Safety Patrol and wore a white sash with a Silver Shield on it.
